ADRIENNE MURAWIECKI
Owner, Registered
Physiotherapist

BFA (Dance), MScPT, FCAMPT
Sport Cert, FMS Cert., CAFCI, Gunn IMS

Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Certified in Acupuncture and Gunn Intramuscular technique (dry needling), Sport Physical Therapy Certificate

Adrienne completed her undergraduate degree from Ryerson University with a BFA in Dance, and her Dance Instructor’s Certificate with the Royal Academy of Dance. Her career as a dancer eventually brought her into the care of a physiotherapist, and so a new journey began at UofT in 2006. Since graduating in 2008, Adrienne has trained extensively in manual therapy and is a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT), the highest designation for orthopaedic physiotherapy in Canada. She also holds her Sport Certificate (concussion assessment, taping, bracing) and works regularly with the national teams for wheelchair basketball - a great game you should check out if you haven’t already!

Drawing from her clinical skills and experience, Adrienne is able to diagnose and treat with greater specificity to help her patients return to their activity more quickly. She believes that a clear understanding of an injury is key to its resolution, and this is achieved with careful assessment and good patient-therapist communication.

Jeff Simnett
Manual Osteopath

BKin, Osteopathy

Jeff is passionate about improving the quality of life of everyone he meets. After being injured playing football, he was introduced to an osteopath who he came to refer to as a miracle worker because he could quickly alleviate pain and return you to health. This inspired him so much that he began to pursue a career as an osteopath soon after.
As a manual osteopath, Jeff focuses on returning clients to pain-free movement through a total body approach, utilizing muscle and joint mobilization techniques to deliver a complete treatment. Beginning with a thorough evaluation of the musculoskeletal system, he is able to identify and address the root causes of pain and dysfunction, creating a more effective, longer-lasting treatment. Jeff is fascinated by biomechanics and lines of tension in the body and their relationship to injury and pain. You will undoubtedly learn something new every time you receive treatment as Jeff guides you through his process.
